Summary: Upon arrival, we encountered a backed-up kitchen sink that led to an unpleasant odor and not so pleasant site. Nonetheless, our overall stay was pleasant. Despite an unsuccessful attempt to contact the host, we later received a call from her, which was appreciated. We recommend that the host be more attentive to guests in the future. Nonetheless, the stay and the area were enjoyable.

Summary: The property was perfect for our traveling needs. Well appointed 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment that is part of a quadplex. Renovated property. Very pleasant. My husband just started a new job in Charlotte and my daughter and I were easily able to househunt from this location. The neighborhood was dog friendly and we felt safe walking around.
