All other basic appliances, Breakfast Cereal, 3 min drive from a great shopping mall, restaurants & cafes. 5 mins drive to M4 & M7. Free on street parking, Close to all public transport. 45 min from Sydney Airport & the CBD. 3 min drive to St Mary s train station. 20 mins to the Blue Mountains.
The space
FREE WIFI - you will find the password for the internet on the kitchen fridge.
The apartment features a Flat screen Smart TV with Digital channels. The TV is a Smart TV so if you have your own Netflix/Stan account your very welcome to use it.
The Studio has two extremely comfortable Queen size orthopaedic mattress Beds with Egyptian cotton white sheets.
Theres also a sofa & a dining table that seats 4 guests within the Studio.
All bed linen and towels are supplied and are new clean fresh and white. Bathrooms are supplied with Shampoo, Conditioner, Hand soap & a Hairdryer.
The Kitchenette is well equipped and furnished with Euro appliances, Kettle, Microwave, electric cook top, Fridge, all cutlery, all kitchenware, plates and glassware supplied.

Mini courtyard outdoor area with table with seats.
The apartment is only a few min drive from major public transport including St Mary's train station and bus depot, (20 min walk) which will take you to Sydney CBD, Airport, The Blue Mountains etc. It's only a 3 minute drive to the local shopping centre and St Mary's high street, where you'll find cafes, shops, banks and restaurants.
You have your own washing machine/ tumble dryer to use.
Air-conditioned and high speed internet throughout the Studio.

Other things to note
The Studio is located at the end of the drive way. Tucked away in a nice quite corner of a small new complex, so you won't here any noise from passing cars or trains.
You will be able to park you car at the front of the complex on the road.
GETTING AROUND
St Mary's train station is a 20 min walk or a 5 min drive away.
I recommend that you download an app called TRIPVIEWLITE as its a great way to plan your train journeys.
I also recommend that you get yourself an OPEL Train/ bus card from a local newsagents. This will make your trips cheaper. The card is free, you just need to put some money on it.
Uber is fantastic in busy areas like Sydney CBD and Parramatta.

Summary: The property is not a 5 star property The pictures were not how the property looked and there is not air con in each room Owner was very responsive though when we advised that the air con did not work and tried to sort it quickly Still no air on in the 2nd bedroom which I used as too hot to sleep together
