Positive: Convenient location. Full refrigerator. Microwave that worked. Quiet.

Negative: I was told no smoking was allowed. Hmm, the hallways reeked, the front was left open, 4th floor…walk up narrow stairs, was it really secure? On one towel there was a big fat something left over from washing. I was afraid to use the stove. Washed all dishes before using. Very small sink. Tiny shower. AC worked but it was needed all night and it was loud. Small narrow bed, should be bigger. Is rolled and pushed away from the wall, so you couldn’t really sit on it. The couch was horrible and way too small. The table was utilitarian at best, having a meal was difficult, just not enough comfortable spacing. When texted on the first day…where in the world was the luggage storage? We walked up and down Spruce, 12th, 11th, etc.

Summary: I loved Philly! But this room was disappointing.
