Positive: Easy to get in. Only needed to enter two pin codes, one for the building and another for the unit. Good location, calm street, and close to main attractions. The property was clear and met our expectations.

Negative: The saucepan could be a non-stick one (the provided saucepan got food stuck to it every time we used it). The mattresses were too soft.

Negative: - requires cumbersome third party registration & deposit over strange app - central heating so hot, that chocolate melted in my backpack (although host changed this after I asked) - moderately clean - one bedroom has no window (or other ventilation) - place would be ok for two couples sharing beds, but definitely too small for six people.

Positive: Clean space, with a very nice terrace. Host is extremely kind in communication, and there were some welcome gifts as well as earplugs for the guests. Hence the service was amazing. Also included basic cooking stuff like oil and herbs, which is great.

Negative: Only minor point is that for our fifth guest, the sleeping couch was a bit small and less taken care off than the other guest spots.

Positive: Not too far from the parliament hill, at the northern edge of ChinaTown . Walk about 15mins to the most attractive places. Kitchen appliances work well!

Negative: No I think you have do what you can . But if there is a washing machine or a dryer it will be perfect!
