Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very clean. It was everything we expected and needed.

Summary: This was our second time renting this home and could not complain on the great deal for the space and number of people. The rooms are very spacious, great neighborhood, and we enjoyed using the outside firepit. However, upon arrival we noticed an a/c unit attached to the garage door and entering the home there was a sign that read "No access to garage. This area may have someone working in it daily between 9am-7pm." We felt a bit taken back and uniformed that we would essentially be sharing the home and thought it should be disclosed on the listing. Better thorough cleaning would be nice as there were some areas of the home that needed a little more attention. Overall, we enjoyed the space but highly recommend more cleaning/updates and disclosure of sharing the home.

Summary: You will notice that I gave the location high ratings; I did because the system required an answer and I did not want to give a poor rating. Please read on for an explanation. Unfortunately we booked this property right before the corona 19 outbreak and travel advisories. Being seniors we all chose not to travel and therefore cannot give first hand review of the property. However, Justin, the owner, was very responsive to our need to cancel, basically the day we were suppose to arrive at the property. He did everything he could to work with us and we were satisfied with our results. Before we were canceling, Justin was just as responsive, and answered all my questions; and I asked a lot!
