Summary: The house is in a good location, very clean, well kept, lots of room, great yard, very secure...can't say enough positive things about the experience. We will be staying again when we go back to Little Rock.

Summary: We had an absolutely incredible stay at Chris’s rental home! The house was large, spacious, and truly felt like a five-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just minutes from a grocery store and very close to the State Fair Grounds. We were in town for a Kid Rock concert, and it was such a treat to come back to an ice-cold, powerful AC and endless hot water for everyone to shower comfortably.Chris was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and communicative throughout our entire stay. The kitchen was huge and fully stocked with everything we needed, and the backyard was just as impressive, featuring a brand new gas grill and plenty of space to relax.We were more than pleased with this rental and can’t thank Chris enough for helping make this once-in-a-lifetime trip with my family so memorable. The house and hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!
