Summary: Nice apartment furnished well. Noisy in the mornings with grass cutting and leaf blowing. The neighborhood was well maintained. Easy to read instructions pertaining to your stay. I enjoyed the keyless entry. No convenient or drug stores in walking distance.

Summary: Nice, well-maintained property, despite some dated elements. Within walking distance of lots of high-end shops and restaurants, and a short drive to many other things to do. Nice bedding, towels, soap/shampoo, kitchen supplies, and sofa. There's even a comprehensive first aid kit. Downside is the significant noise. There's a bar next door that attracts a very rowdy crowd, long past midnight, including many people who hang outside. I'd recommend the place for brunch, though. There's also currently an apartment building under construction a few doors down, and work starts early.

Summary: Great location and affordable pricing. The unit was pretty clean and had well maintained furniture. Parking on site was a good benefit. Management was quick to respond and respectful. It did have small issues - the building was old and not many upgrades, windows that leaked during storm, and no hangers in closets. Overall, you get what you pay for and it was worth it in that regard.
