Positive: Beautiful apt. Was fully stocked for a week long stay (coffee maker, rice maker, pool toys, beach toys etc). Impeccably clean. Pools were fab and grounds were so well maintained. Two balconies from which to bird/squirrel watch. Lovely location walking distance to main street and beaches. Little shop and restaurants a few mins walk. A fab place to chill out in a great location. Try to visit the beach at Playa Penca, amazing snorkelling, white sands and beautiful crabs running around.
Negative: The keys need to be labelled as to where you need to use them. The main door key was tricky to lock/unlock

Positive: Great location, ocean 7 minutes from the house. The territory is quite large, there are several pools with warm water. The house itself is suitable for a family holiday, the rooms are small, but very cozy. Panoramic windows overlooking the ocean. The staff is amazing, 24/7 in touch, you can contact us with any question, they will always help and prompt. Thank you!

Positive: Nicely furnished apartment with full kitchen. One full bathroom downstairs, and one full bathroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom had a patio door to a shared balcony which was nice. Laundry room attached with new washer and dryer . Very secure and clean grounds with gated entrance.
Negative: Pillows were uncomfortable on bed, curtains over patio doors in bedrooms were thin so sunshine was bright and woke us up each morning by 530am. Upstairs shower drained super slow. Layout of complex was a little confusing at first, wasn't told anything about separate pools (one is adult only). Had to go hunting for the regular pool and it was at the top of a steep hill

Positive: We loved the decor and the location of the property from the town. It had great amenities. It was very modern and I had no complaints. We loved the his and her sinks in the bathroom. Also, has a full bathroom on the first floor.
Negative: The stove was a bit complicated but it worked. There is a steep hill if you have issues walking but there nothing the property can do for the location.
