Positive: Clean and nice showers. Appreciated make up wash clothes. Interesting decorations lots of pillows. Location good for taking the bus. Nice and quiet.

Negative: Bunk beds were so close together is was uncomfortable and sofa bed in living room quite uncomfortable.

Summary: Charming decorations, nice and quiet. Easy access yo public transportation.

Positive: Very nice property with enough capacity to cater to a big family. My kids and family loved the property and it was very close to downtown Nashville.

Negative: The Master bedroom had no accessable closet, it was locked so we had to live out of our boxes which made movement around the small room very inconvenient and uncomfortable The bins at the back of the house also had so much flies and sometimes the flies find their way into the property. Also the outdoor sit out was filled with cobwebs and obviously not cleaned In a long while. Above the entrance door into the property had cobwebs and probably still does as we speak.
