Positive: The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a big shady terrace, which you will appreciate if you travel in summer. The street is very quiet, close to the metro (direct connection to the airport), not a touristy area at all, but with some nice cafes and restaurants and close enough to even walk to Plaka. The host was very helpful and even made possible an early check.

Negative: No complaints.

Positive: The owner was very polite and responded very fast in any questions we had. Good size of room. Location: 5 min away from Kerameikos Metro Station

Negative: Cleanliness: Could be much better, hairs in shower, toilet not cleaned thoroughly. A lot of dust because of the many small decorative items ( it's kind of impossible to dust all the time) Situation of amenities: air conditions remote controls almost impossible to use (had to communicate in order to find out that we have to press extremely hard the on/off button). Also AC was not in great condition: had to set it to 31°C to warm the room. Boiler for hot water in bad condition with a broken cover and some exposed parts. Absolutely no mirrors in the apartment except in the bathroom above the sink. Location: one side of the apartment is across a night club so expect noise untill 05.00 in the morning. Unfortunately not enough soundproofing in the room. Towels: 1 set of towels per person for 9 days. For winter Athens with the extra humidity, they are not enough. We had to keep the bath towels in front of the AC to dry them out. Some of closets were full of clutter:chairs,some weird ironboard, an extra router, cables etc .. In general there was a complete lack of attention to details. The off-season prices does not justify the situation.

Positive: The flat is clean, big, and all facilities work. The bed is very comfortable. The flat is in a good area, very well connected with the rest of the city, as the metro station is 5 min walk away.

Negative: Firstly, there is a club right next to the accommodation, and you can hear the loud base until late at night, until even after 2am. Secondly, the hot water was a bit weird - we needed to turn off the hot water before every shower. It can become a bit annoying as there were times we forgot to turn on the hot water 30 min before the shower and then off again, and we had cold water. Thirdly, the washing machine made a very loud and weird noise.
