Positive: It is a charming small space. The bed is very comfortable and the space is clean. Close to a grocery store. The property owner is very communicative. The property has a digital keypad and a lockbox for physical key. The digital keypad overheats and I am unable to use it after the first time. Thankfully, there is a physical key available.

Negative: The property is on the a very busy street and there are a couple of bars and cabaret directly across the street. The noise was unbearable. The bar noise and the street traffic is not something a noise machine (they provided) or ear plugs (also provided) can drown out. No parking available. Only street parking. Which isn't an issue when I was there. I was able to find parking on one of the side streets No kitchen sink -- you have to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink.

Summary: The property is charming but the noise is unbearable. No kitchen sink - you have bathroom sink.

Positive: Location was great, no trouble parking in front of the apartment in the evening through 9 am. Well decorated and comfortable furniture and bed, microwave and fridge made breakfast and lunches easy.

Negative: There is some road noise but we just used white noise and had no trouble sleeping.

Summary: Perfect for our needs!

Negative: Very close to the street and there was quite a bit of traffic noise. .

Summary: Cute place with everything that makes it homey but on a busy street.

Positive: it was clean and the beds and bathroom were nice. Easy to park in neighborhood. Easy to get property keys. Prompt instructions from host. Easy to find basic kitchen supplies. Microwave worked, etc. Nice bathroom supplies -- shampoo/soap.

Negative: It was very noisy and I can't tolerate ear plugs all night. Very small. No kitchen sink, which seemed like a necessity at the price. Too expensive for the space and lack of complete kitchen and traffic noise all night. The price was quite high at $300/night. More reasonable: $225-$250/night. No room to do work, for instance.
