Our stylish and newly-built home in Logan Square has all of the space a family or group of friends traveling together needs - plus easy access to the best restaurants, bars, and shops the neighborhood has to offer (though with all-new appliances, you may find yourself cooking in a couple of nights)! We're a quick walk to the Logan blue line, so it's easy to get to O'Hare or the Loop from here. Free on-site 2 car garage. Have a great visit in this spacious, sunny, beautifully furnished house!
You enter - whether from the garage or the street - onto the main level, which is all gathering areas: living areas laid out to take advantage of light, dining areas, and a large kitchen. There's a half-bath on this level as well. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen beds and one room with two twins, and another bathroom. On the lower level is a family room, two bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom.

Summary: A few friends and I stayed at Amit’s place during our weekend trip to Chicago. It was such a beautiful home with everything we needed. The location was great, too. It only took us about 10 mins to walk to the blue line, and the neighborhood was very nice and relatively quiet with easy access to the highway, as well. Amit was very responsive and accommodating—a super host for sure. You could not beat this stay for the price, especially. 10/10 would stay again.

Summary: We had a group of 10-12 and it was awesome. Host was communicative whole time. We had an issue with the water heater and the host jumped on fixing it for us. Place was clean and we would stay again!!

Summary: The house was clean and in great shape. Excellent location w quick interchange access. Easy to jump on and get to downtown attractions in minutes while staying in a nice Suburb. Great having a garage for parking! House had kitchen equipment for easy meals. Games were left under the tv! Had a couple questions, host was very quick w response and easy to get ahold of. Would highly recommend this place for the great home and great host

Summary: This property was great. Listing was accurate. More than adequate space, great communications with our host, lower level was shockingly large. I've never seen ceilings in a lower level this high. Outdoor decks were awesome. Utilizing the garage was a necessity because of the typical Chicago parking availability. Pulling in and out requires patience but our Expedition did fit in. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Overall we were very happy with our visit here. We had 13 guys and this unit has more than enough space for all of us. Our only issue was that we could not gain access to the garage to park our cars. The code to open the garage door did not work which was a bummer. We were able to easily find free parking on the street right in front of the house so in the grand scheme of things, it really didn’t matter. Other than that, very happy with our entire stay!

Summary: We stayed here for a large group trip to Chicago, and it was an excellent option for us. The only hiccup was that the cleaning service was still getting the property cleaned when we were supposed to check in at 3. Otherwise, we had no issues!
