Positive: We liked the location. The neighborhood felt safe. Close to public transit and places to eat. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out were easy. Host friendly.

Negative: We couldn’t get the internet or tv to work for entire stay. Contacted property management and they weren’t able to help. Bummer because we’re planned to stay in one evening and have movie night. Hair dryer didn’t work, which was a bummer because we all decided to take showers in the evening. Had to go to bed with wet hair first night. No bath rug in bathroom and the shower curtain stuck to you during shower.

Summary: Nice place with some inconveniences.

Positive: We loved how safe the area felt. The hosts were very easy to get in contact with. The whole house was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and overall a gorgeous apartment.

Positive: Just about everything except the noisy fan in the air machine which we turned off.

Negative: Can't really change the bedroom size but for a big person a bit tight.

Summary: Very nice stay, newly epdated and good communication/reachability by owners.

Positive: Nicely decorated, has all the basics you need. Convenient location. Good communication with manager. Easy check in, clear directions. Very reasonable check out responsibilities.

Negative: 2 partial rolls of toilet paper equaling less than a half roll, no paper towels, reusing kitchen sponge, fridge not working, beds waayyyy too soft, pillows too hard-need better selection. Bathroom could be cleaner- dust bunnies all over the walls by the vent, dirty baseboards. Electrical outlet in bathroom not working.

Summary: Decent stay, not great but also not bad. Good location.

Positive: The location was delightful. There was a lot to do in the area. The hosts were incredibly responsive and really nice. The apartment itself is gorgeous, very clean, and they have streaming apps available on the TV, it was really easy to connect airplay. We didn't hear anything from the people upstairs, and the neighborhood itself was very pretty.

Negative: The bedrooms were small but that's okay because we didn't spend that much time in them anyways. I would've loved to have a mirror in the common area instead of the bedrooms, the common areas were very hotel-like and I enjoyed the stay overall.
