Positive: Paul, the host, was very helpful from start to finish. Always there to help in any way, the property was very well furnished. The decor looked great, WiFi was great lovely big wall mounted TV in the living room. Bedrooms.were great, plemty of room & beds were comfy, I couldn't fault our stay.

Negative: The only thing I would have said could be improved would be the back garden. I personally would have liked to have seen it with a nice grassed lawn or maybe artificial grassed area. Also maybe a bbq available to use & some outdoor seating. This isn't a complaint but more of a suggestion as I believe it would be nice to be able to cook outdoors during the nicer weather.

Summary: Fantastic stay with a great host keeping us informed & help on hand for anything we needed brilliant

Positive: We loved the house, it was clean, the beds were comfy and the bedding felt nice. Good room sizes and communal spaces. Supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away, and peace and quiet at night. The host Paul was very helpful and always answered my text or call.

Negative: The only thing we disliked was the drawing of a goal post on the house wall, and the local children kicking a ball against it all day, even though they knew we were in there. They even knocked the door a few times to say that the ball had gone over the wall, and could they have it back! . Their parents never came out to tell them that this is not good behaviour, and as a guest, there is only so much you can say or do.
