Renovated 3 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in the heart of LINCOLN PARK. You will have access to the entire home, private rooftop, complete kitchen with top of the line William Sonoma package, luxurious coffee station, built in rooftop bar with mini fridge, boutique line of soaps, lotions, etc. Makeup bar with individual make up mirrors, Hotel quality mattresses and linens.
Unit features private entrance, high timber ceilings, Smart tvs in all bedrooms and living space. Incredible rooftop patio with remote awning as well as secondary outdoor space with bistro table and bbq.
Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very! 24 hours a day.

A: Driving in? No problem! Zone parking stickers will be provided for your stay. Once you book, you will be provided with detailed parking instructions.
Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! Everything is provided to our guests. You will love our boutique line of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotions!

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: So comfy! And each bedroom has ACTUAL beds! 3 fulls, 1 king and a twin, all mattresses are from a hotel line.

A: We have security cameras on the outside of the property that cover the entry door and entry walkway. This helps us control check ins and check outs, verify number of guests & keep the property secure for all. Parties and extra guests are not permitted since we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

Summary: This somewhat funky, eclectic spot is in a great neighborhood. Though it lacks an essential “neighborhood “ ingredient ( a porch to watch the world go by), it has a good outdoor gathering place on the second floor. The stairs are tight, and no bathroom on the main floor is a puzzle, it was quite comfortable and served as our family meeting place.

Summary: Kelly's place was just as cute in person as the pictures! She has great taste and everything inside was very charming and inviting. We had plenty of space to stretch out, and very much appreciated all of the suggestions for places to eat and drink.Just something to note, the building is incredibly well maintained but older, so you will hear the floors squeaking when someone is walking on the floor above you, and the staircases are a bit steep. Nothing that was an issue at all for us at all though! There were so many nice touches, between the snacks, the lighted makeup mirrors, and the kitchy decor, I would absolutely recommend staying here!
