Positive: Location was great, just a lot of sirens cause it was near a hospital. Which isn't too bad if you're used to it. Host was greta though, easy to retrieve the key and the price is amazing for the space you got. Am impressed with it all still

Negative: A strange smell from the main bedroom's bathroom, but it wasn't bad enough to cause much discomfort. Again, the sirens were a shock at first, but that's no one's fault. Maybe improvements to add double glazed windows, but it's near a hospital in a metropolitan city... it's bound to happen

Summary: Great location, great value for price. Great for families of University of Sydney students

Positive: Location good... near a small grocery store, restaurant and hotel with a lounge and music.

Negative: The master bathroom smelled like sewage the whole time. There was pepper provided , no salt. Only one dish towel and no paper towels. Appreciated dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. The unit was clean, and the pool convenient, but full of leaves, We didn't use it and the pool cleaner came the day before we left. Oddly, the elevator was lined with black paper and tape, and if the owners pay some kind of upkeep fees, they should know the lobby and out side the front door and also garage was dirty.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The coffee shops and neighborhood were so nice It was so close to University of Sydney where my son is studying abroad. Loves staying here!!!!

Negative: It was a bit chilly at first but the heating worked well so we were warm soon. A better sign of the apartment would help to find it.
