Summary: Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.

Summary: We were very impressed with this little house. It is very nice and close to many activities, restaurants, and shopping. The only concern we had is that the door lock is electronic and there is no way to lock it from the inside. Otherwise it was perfect.

Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. The house came equipped with anything you would need. Parking is just a few steps away from the house. I felt safe and comfortable just like being at home.

Summary: Early check in was available & host is very open & communicative. Only note: make sure you HOLD the door closed while you push the “lock” button- or it will open & the deadbolt engages with it open. Beautiful space & furnishings, parking right at the door…overall a very lovely stay.

Summary: Great little place for a single or couple. One of the most convenient places to stay in NOLA as well. Everything you need is just around the corner and it’s really quiet. Really clean. Parking in front of house is no problem.

Summary: This is the perfect little place for a couple looking to explore New Orleans or relax in a quiet city neighborhood. The properties location is in a safe place with friendly and considerate neighbors. It’s just over half a mile to the nearest public transportation trolly stop. We left our vehicle at home and walked the beautiful area admiring the home styles along the way. We chose to take the trolly so we didn’t have to drive and then find parking. We bought a 3 day Jazzy pass for the price of one Uber trip. If we get to travel back to New Orleans this property would be our number one choice.
