Summary: I stayed here for a long weekend to visit my daughter at Tulane. For those purposes the location was great. I could easily walk to campus. Street parking was not available on Calhoun when I arrived, and the parking deck that they refer to in the listing is permit only. I emailed the host twice and asked for additional information for the parking deck, and they sent the same information from the listing, not helpful. I was only able to park on the street near the apartment the last day/night I was there.For check-in, I arrived in the evening, and it was dark. Finding the correct door was a little challenging, the door numbers were not easy to see, and no specifics regarding the location were provided. Generally, the apartment was clean - except the bathroom. The shower curtain was moldy, the bottom of the toilet was moldy/rusty, the shower head was dirty. I cleaned the shower head and washed the shower curtain to get rid of the mold (the washer and dryer are outside). Everything else in the apartment was fine. Beds were a little uncomfortable. I did send a message regarding the thermostat, and they responded quickly with instructions. It was fine for a short stay.

Summary: Great location and easy to get around everywhere. Easy, safe walkable neighborhood one block from Tulane. And super easy with the cable car or Lyft to get everywhere else. Very cute apartment. We will definitley stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at this condo for a couple of nights while dropping off my daughter at Tulane. What a fantastic location for anyone visiting Tulane! We were quite literally two blocks from my daughter’s dorm and was a quick walk to it. The condo itself is very spacious, extremely clean and just right for our stay requirements. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!
