Positive: There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this stay was. Not only is the location ideal, but the flat is also well stocked and very comfortable. I planned on cooking my meals during my stay, and was provided all of the necessities. What I didn’t have, I could easily get from the SAINSBURY that was close by. This flat is ideal for a solo traveler as the size is perfect. The location is on a busy street with plenty of eating options and while you can hear the outside somewhat, it’s not what I consider loud or a disturbance. The owners have taken the necessary steps to cut out as much noise as possible and you don’t hear anything in the bedroom. Also? They provided a first aid kit, which was wonderful! The keyless entry worked beautifully and the communication was fantastic. I would highly suggest anyone to this flat and will absolutely return. Thank you, JOIVY for creating such a good space to feel right at home!

Positive: It’s was spacious, stylish & practical & a great location. The double glazing blocked any noise even though it was in a busy restaurant area

Negative: We prefer a king bed, but even a queen bed. Sadly it was only a double bed

Positive: The location to West End shows and all the good things SoHo has to offer. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Heaps of space for suitcases and good sized wardrobe in the main bedroom. Walking distance to the subway, bus stops and restaurants, bars and cafes. Fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: The steps! Oh my goodness, the steps! something like 60 steps and four landings to navigate. It is tiring enough without suitcases but when you add those into the equation, you can probably skip leg day at the gym... and probably all other days for that matter and just check yourself into a physio. The windows... you can't open 3/4 of them because they are broken. The only way to raise or lower the blinds is to open the windows so get ready for a steady stream of light. The noise is a factor too at night time. Because the accommodation is right in the epicentre of Soho, expect some drunks and noise until the early hours. It doesn't impact those sleeping in the main bedroom but if you have someone on the sofa bed in the living room, then they may have some issues.
