Smaller guest room is under 5sqm with a top of the range pull-down UK double wall bed measuring 135cm (53") wide. When the bed is up it turns into a desk. It has a professional grade sound-proof door to ensure quiet from the rest of the apartment.

Summary: Booked this flat for a 6-week stay whilst needing to be in central London. The flat is on a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from Oxford Street & Tottenham Court Road. Yet is tucked away in a small side street with no through traffic. The 2nd floor flat shares a gated courtyard garden which in the Spring would I’m sure be wonderful. Inside the flat itself, it’s presented in great order and has everything you need for a few weeks stay. Compact, but making great use of storage. The 2nd bedroom makes a useful study with pulldown double bed. Any communication with the owner was quick and helpful, and any maintenance was sorted very quickly. We’d definitely stay again & thoroughly recommend.
