Summary: Fantastic peaceful getaway. Gorgeous views, spacious property, comfy beds, and so many games to play! Everyone loved it including the dog. The host was helpful and left us beautiful welcome flowers, a card, and farm fresh eggs that were so delicious. We hope to come back soon!

Summary: Our 2nd stay was just as great as the 1st. The location is so peaceful and quiet. Terrific for walks. Our dog loves playing ball in the large fenced in backyard.The house is clean, spacious and very well equipped. The owner is very friendly and responsive.We will be back!

Summary: Nice property, fully stocked. As it is a working farm, we ran into the owners on several occasions while walking our dog. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. Huge house with plenty of room for families. Close to nearby attractions - House on the Rock, Frank Lloyd Wrights home and the Cave on the Mounds. Only drawback was the local restaurant scene, with serveral closed or offering limited menus during our stay.

Summary: If you can picture the word "quaint", this location would exemplify that mental image. The house was spacious and very clean - the host even left us a surprise gift in the fridge to welcome us! The location is a bit off the beaten track, but we knew that going into it and appreciated the seclusion. With this only being 20 minutes away from major area attractions like Cave of the Mounds, House on the Rock, and Governor Dodge State Park, you're far enough away to avoid the everyday hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy everything the "Driftless" region has to offer. I would highly recommend this property for any family that is wanting to visit the area for it's attractions or (as we did) a bit of "glamping" at one of the state parks.

Summary: So much room to spread out. Very clean and well stocked Not only dog friendly but catering to them. My dogs thought the trip was for them, they have never had so much room to runEven though it's a working farm very quiet hardly knew anyone else was there

Summary: Our stay was wonderful! The house had perfect accommodations for the 5 of us with room for several more! It contained ALL of the conveniences of home along with great water pressure in the showers, easy access to areas adventures, and very friendly hostess! Aside from a thoughtful welcome gift, she left us theee most beautiful and sweet tasting strawberries! LOVED THE EXPERIENCE and will definitely keep the reference for future stays in the area.
