Summary: Very spacious with lots of room and all that we needed for 4 couples to stay!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. Very nice. Clean. Great access to the lake etc. If I was rating just the house and location and property it would be an easy 5 stars for us. But... I was super frustrated at the experience of trying to communicate about the home with Vacasa, though. Lots of what felt like automated chat responses from somewhere far away. Always a kind of wall between me and any specific info about the property. We don't normally care or have much of a need for communication ahead of time but the listings for the property also looked automated somehow. Strange wording. The house would be listed as an "Entire house rental" only to later say the rental was "second floor only" with a "separate entrance for privacy". That kinda feels like you are sharing the home with someone! Again that all would have been fine if anyone at Vacasa could give me a direct and timely answer. They couldn't. I got different answers everytime... The house turned out to be totally private, by the way. How many boats are there? Answer: two. Actual answer: 3 paddle boards , two kayaks, and floats as well. Lol. One of the listings even said there was an in person check in and an ATM ! Lol. None of that is true. TL:DR great home, nice lake. Vacasa is pretty terrible at communicating and made things way worse by just not allowing direct contact with anyone that had accurate answers about the property.
