This is a charming newly renovated waterfront second floor condo that's walking distance to the shops and restaurants located in Dock Square, Kennebunkport. It is one mile from the Kennebunk beaches. Offering a cheery, bright open floor plan with lots of windows including living room, dining area with river view, and beautiful kitchen with new granite counter tops. The owners spared no expense renovating the whole place along with purchasing new living room furniture which adds to the comfort of this condo. The Condo sleeps 4. The spacious master suite with King bed and complete newly renovated master bathroom with full size walk in glass shower. There is a second bedroom with twin beds which can be converted to King Bed on request with an adjacent updated full bath and laundry area. The private deck overlooks the Kennebunk River as well as the English gardens where you can relax and have morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Use our private dock for your kayak, paddle board or enjoy fishing. An outside table and chairs near the dock with use of a Gas Grill. This Condo is a great place to spend a week in the summer or year round a minimum of three nights.

Summary: The property is beautiful and is conveniently located. It is a very easy walk to the shops and restaurants. It has lovely furniture in the entire condo. Everything has been totally renovated and the quality of the furnishings is very good. The condo is immaculate in every sense of the word.

Summary: It was just as Shiela had told us. We told her that we would be arriving late and she had a light left on for us. They also converted the twin beds into a king. My grandson and his wife said their bed was very comfortable as was ours. We were very relaxed and enjoyed our time both inside and out. Great location.

Summary: Sheila and Tom’s condo is just lovely. The furnishings well chosen and the beds comfy.You can see that the location is on the river. The kitchen is well stocked. Sheila was extremely helpful when we ended up with a flat tire just as we pulled into town. I can’t begin to tell you how lovely everyone is in this magical gem of a town. So A to our hosts, all those we met and certainly our first, but not our last jaunt to the Maine Coast this Summer!
