Negative: The only problem is the very long stairs, not recommended for children and elderly. Plus, you need to talk to the owner before parking otherwise you will end up paying a 100/50$ from damaging the neighbors tgrass on the driveway. The intructions for parkign wasnt clear at all.

Negative: 9 of us stayed and the additional bedding/sofa beds were not very comfortable at all. One bed didn’t have a base it was rather like an otterman with a mattress on top and the pull out sofa is one that flips straight onto the floor. Both very hard to sleep on.
