Positive: Very nice room in large home. Beautiful view. The bed and bedding were of very high quality and comfort.

Negative: As is the case with many Air BnB's, the duvet was very nice but very thick, which meant that it was very warm. That's great in some situations, but it would be nice to be able to have a lighter duvet and then add another blanket if necessary. I recommend locating the house during the day as it could be difficult to find at night. It's off the beaten path, but in a very nice neighborhood.

Summary: It was perfect for what I needed - a clean, reasonably-priced place to stay for a night.

Negative: Hard to find at night time in the rain. House number not clearly in view. There were some cleanliness issues ie strands of hair in the bathroom, stains on toilet.
