Positive: Cute little place. It was conveniently located to where all we had on our itinerary. Neighborhood was quiet and tucked away from the hustle of the city. Great communication with Mahdi, very hospitable and kind!! The place was very clean except what is noted in the dislikes. Beautiful backyard and patio seating area even though we didn’t get to utilize due to our schedule. Beds along with the bedding was very comfortable. Loved the information pages that were provided.

Negative: The noise from the home upstairs was very unexpected. Yes it’s listed as a private rental but it is below a home with at least one little kid. Sound travels as if we were all sitting in the same room. Quiet hours started at 10pm and they did respect that. The rug in the hallway and small room were old and very worn. When walking in after a long day there was a smell almost like a pet urine smell, strong in the small bedroom curious if it’s that old rug. “Decorative pillow” in small room was worn as well and looks dirty. Doesn’t belong on such a clean bed. There are no blinds on the kitchen windows that have direct sight into small room. Would suggest blinds there or at least on the door going into that room. There was instructions to carry out the garbage but no big bin to take it to as stated in home info. So had to leave it inside after gathering.

Summary: Cute place, home like feel…just not very quiet if you want to go to bed early after a long day of adventures.

Positive: I liked the location as it was close to Hugo Ray Park, which was convenient. The suite had a good amount of space, and I especially appreciated the large backyard, even though I didn't enjoy it as much due to the rain.

Negative: The TV didn’t work when we tried to turn it on, and the kettle either didn’t work or we couldn’t figure out how to use it. We could have contacted the owner, who was very responsive, but since we didn’t spend much time in the suite, it was never a big issue.

Summary: My stay was comfortable and enjoyable, with a great location and spacious suite.

Positive: Everything was perfect! Spacious, all the essential and additional necessities provided. Super clean, super comfortable. Smooth self check-in / check-out experience. Communication was very effective. Very kind and very friendly host. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Positive: As we were travelling by car, it was very convenient to be able to park right in front of the house, especially after paying up to 30 or 40 $ per day for parking in downtown. It is a very quiet and nice suburban area but great location to get to different places by car (hiking trails, downtown)

Positive: The studio/house is part of the backyard of a house, and you enter through the back door/garden. The location is a good very nice and green neigbourhood. We love the facilities and the decorations. The beds were very comfortable.

Negative: Need to drag luggages down a few steps. Need to drive to shop or coffee.

Summary: Nice and green neighbourhood, and very cute house. Great host!
