This beachfront property boasts water on both sides, offering breathtaking views of the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the calm, crystal-clear waters of Church Bay lagoon.
Step inside and be greeted by an open-plan living space that is tastefully decorated with island-inspired accents and stylish furnishings. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, while the well-stocked kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Summary: My family and I had a wonderful vacation while staying at Palm Hill. The beach in front of the house is pristine, private and all around just stunning. Cotton Bay itself offers a unique opportunity to experience Eleuthera, from the access to the huge private beach, the lagoon in the back, easy snorkeling grounds and quite nature. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Rock Hill House. The house and beach are both stunning and in a peaceful part of south Eleuthera. Really appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom - it made for excellent privacy for all the guests. The beach is lovely fine sand and there is pretty decent offshore snorkeling - we saw the largest parrot fish that we have EVER seen and we are long time snorkelers. Bring your gear! The tug and barge wrecks just offshore are really cool and remind you of the power of the ocean. The house is showing her age a little - some of the sliding doors don't work and the faucet at the bar. But none of this detracts from this lovely home - it has an elegance that many homes on Eleuthera do not. We did the hike to Lighthouse beach (do it before Disney opens!). Make sure that you drive to Governors Harbor and go to Island Farms - best grocery shopping on the island (fabulous lasagna to go) and great wine prices. Their homemade salad dressings are fantastic. Pam was provided excellent help and Sheila did a lovely job keeping the home clean and tidy. All in all a wonderful stay at our fave island.
