This apartment has 3 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including one bunk room, with 4 beds, which is great for kids. The master bedroom takes in ocean views over Moffat Beach and has a spacious en-suite with spa bath and walk in-robe. The main living and dining room is open plan flowing from the modern two-pac kitchen out onto the large oceanfront terrace, which is perfect for alfresco dining. An additional living space allows everyone to find a quiet spot to read a book or is ideal for the kids to watch TV or play. The apartment has a shared pool which is accessible directly from the back door. There are modern furnishings throughout and the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Ducted air-conditioning and additional ceiling fans keep the apartment cool and comfortable, but not always required as the beautiful sea breezes give natural cooling. Summary: Perfect location along a beautiful coast. Family and pet friendly area. Sitting out on the lovely front patio watching the sunset was spectacular. The property is in an ideal location with nice cafes and good coffee nearby. The house is tired and could use some love in the back portion of the house (door frame to back shower room was rotted) and bathrooms (eg soap dish in bathrooms and better quality towels). Attention to the little details would make the overall stay so much better.

Summary: This property is gorgeous, super clean and very comfy. Location to the beach meant we could walk with the kids down and back easily. The fish n chip shop and brew place are delicious and play equipment right there for the kids too! Thank you so much for having us! We certainly highly recommend!!!
