This modern, new, semi industrial townhouse has been tastefully styled with new furniture & comfy beds and has a relaxed feeling about it. The Master bedroom is upstairs and there is also a bedroom with 2 single beds. Downstairs is another bedroom with Queen size bed. There are 3 bathrooms which means no one has to rush. A modern well equipped kitchen will have the decerning chef cooking up a storm or try out the BBQ for a good steak.
When you sit on the balcony, which has a outdoor setting for 6, you will smell & hear the surf crashing. Nice to sit and have your coffee or maybe a wine.The back patio is a little sun trap and a great place to hide and read a book. There are books, DVDs, games and a Docking station for you to play music. A great place for families to stay or couples and friends,
The coffee shops are that close you will be ordering the coffee instead of making it. Or try the local Micro Brewery which also has local music. The beach is a close one minute stroll. Pack your surfboard, the surf is great for long & short boards. It is also a "Dog friendly beach with great off leash times.
You won't need to cook if you don't want to, there is a selection of restaurants, cafes & takeaways at your fingertips. A perfect beach retreat.
The local bus stop is 20 meters away that if you don't want to drive you really don't have too.
Also close and within 5 minutes walking are a local Thai Restaurant, a Bakery for the early morning fresh bread, a hairdresser, Convenience store, the Post Office and a local doctor. You are also find to great playgrounds with extra BBQs. The area is really well catered for. Getting to the local Surf Clubs for a meal is close too and don't forget the free buses home.

Summary: Beautifully equiped and maintained. Only thing the living room was very cold and we couldn’t find a heater. Mind you it was freezing up there this week.

Summary: We loved the place. I’m happy we extended our stay by two days. The only things we missed were a shelf of two in the ensuites and some sort of shade or curtain upstairs.

Summary: This is my 3rd stay at the property, it has always been a fantastic experience. Property is well presented, equipped with everything a holiday rental needs. Walking distance to beach, cafe's, corner store,bakery, post office, vet & medical services. I unpacked the car & left it. Perfect for the fur baby as well. I'll be back again. The hosts are wonderful, thanks again 😀

Summary: Moffats Beach is a great area to stay in, property was just around the corner from the beach and cafes. The property was very well equipped with everything we needed and had a fantastic bbq. However the lounge was extremely uncomfortable and I had to bring an outdoor chair in and put one of the rugs on it to sit on. It would have been good to be able to sleep with the windows open to get fresh air and to hear the sound of the waves of a night but there are no screens on the windows or doors and there are lots of mozzies of a night, so as soon as the sun goes down you have to close everything up and turn the aircon on. Because some of the window openings just have metal shutters it is very dark. Secure parking in a large two-car garage was great as we had two cars and street parking is scarce. Apart from all that we had a nice stay.

Summary: Loved staying here. Beautiful clean accommodation close to everything. Only negative there were no fly screens at all. I think In Queensland you need to have them..especially in Summer. Also the main living kitchen area had no blinds and people could see in from other units so it lacked privacy. Besides this it was a lovely place to stay.
