Summary: Arrived at the condo, we had 3 cars. Only 2 car passes per unit. The 3rd car was for my 80 year old parents that had a handicapped plaque. We unloaded our cars came back down to go to dinner within 2 hours they had 2 tow tickets on their car in the handicap spot. This is absolutely ridiculous. We drove all over the place looking for parking for the night. Everything is privately owned and you can’t park from Midnight-5:00 in public parking. So we ended up driving 30 minutes to the airport and had to leave the car there for the weekend. Which was not convenient at all. Our dryer didn’t work in the condo. We called and no one came to fix it. We noticed dirty couches and dusty ceiling fans and sandy floors. We didn’t report the dirtinress and my credit card got charged $300 because they said we left stains. They sent me pictures. They said the cleaners took before and after pictures. My family arrived when the cleaners were still there and didn’t see them take pictures. Which is ridiculous we didn’t even eat on the couches only in the kitchen area. The railing on the patio was really shaky too. The location is across the street from the beach. It’s a big condo that sleeps 10 people but didn’t like how things we handled so I won’t be back.

Summary: We just stayed a week. There were 10 of us in total - 6 adults, 3 teens, 1 child. Location was fantastic. So close to the beach. Unit was huge, perfect space for everyone. Our only issue was parking. Only two spaces with the unit. All parking nearby is at a cost and only allowed 5:00a - 12:00a. NO overnight parking. We had 4 total cars with separate families. We would definitely stay again, but likely will have to find another place with better parking.

Summary: My friends and I rented this property for a little weekend getaway which was perfect for a small group, we had own our private bedrooms, bathrooms the whole 9. I will say the TV set up in the place was a bit complicated because it seemed like all of the remotes had been mixed up and it took us FOREVER to figure out how to set up our own door passcode, even with instructions. Outside of those two minor things this condo was perfect for our little getaway.

Summary: Property is really spacious and extremely convenient to barefoot landing (5 min drive). Directly across the street from the beach. Would be a 5 star rating but the shower drains in every bathroom were pretty clogged up with hair which caused them to backup. The layout is a little odd with the kitchen broken up from the living area. We like to cook and watch tv and hang out with the rest of the group. Other than that and the little attention to maintenance...perfect. Would stay again.
