The house is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom wonderfully cozy, newly renovated house on the lake. The first floor has 2 guest rooms which are furnished identically, with 2 queen beds in each; while the second floor master offers a large private suite, 2 balconies, with a walk in shower and dual vanities.
On the main floor there is a full bathroom, laundry/mudroom, large gourmet kitchen, dining area with seating for up to 12, and living room.
The upper floor also has another full bathroom, and a loft featuring a second sitting area.
The rear of the house has a full green backyard, lined by trees to help with privacy.
The front of the home features a large deck to enjoy gatherings all evening long while relaxing and conversing around the fire table or rear outdoor fire area.
Long weekend bookings require minimum 5 day rental rate.
Our section of the lake features 100' private of beachfront, with sandy beach. A short walk down our private dock leads to the main dock entertaining area, where you can tie up your boat or jet skis, swim, or lounge in our outdoor cabana, or catch some rays. Wired in Bluetooth speakers, and a bar round out the experience. There is plenty of room! The beach and dock area will get sun all day long.
Besides sunning and swimming, there is plenty to do. We have many games available for our guests, plus a full size ping pong table and children's kayaks and SUPs

Summary: The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. The dock was a lovely space to hang out under the covered area when it was hot and steps into water were a plus. There was a speaker to play music and a fridge down on the dock to keep drinks cold. Our family and friends had a great time.

Summary: The house is very roomy and offers everyone everyone their own space. We played games on the back lawn and enjoyed the air conditioning during our visit. The dock has everything you need and the walk in stairs to the water are such an added bonus as multiple people can sit and visit while only half in the water. The covered area was a welcome retreat from the sun. It's a beautiful oasis on stunning sproat lake.

Summary: Going to the lake is all about the dock and swimming for us and this was the best set up ever The Dock had an excellent Gazebo with a fridge, comfortable patio furniture under a high roof and four outside beach loungers. Shade blinds on the east and west sides blocked the sun or let the cool breeze in as needed. The stairs were cut into the dock. Very easy to get in and out of the water.Our barely 4 year old could get in and out of the water by herself. Sometimes she just sat on the bottom step and paddled. The paddle boards were hung out of the way and easily accessible. The dock being on the other side of the road was no problem at all. We felt comfortable with the 7 and 8 year old crossing the road on their own. The house itself was excellent. The one air conditioner was a little overtaxed but an additional one is on back order. Once we learned how to augment the air conditioning with the fans we were comfortable. The host was easy to get hold of if needed and took good care of us.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Kris and Annie’s property. We had all our family at their place and it was well equipped, a great location and an incredible place. We hung out on the dock during the day and it had nice patio furniture on it, as well, it had a fridge and blue tooth for music. In the evening we enjoyed their deck. This place has lots of room for a big family. Kris and Annie were wonderful hosts too.

Summary: We loved our stay at Kris and Anne's beautiful home. It is such a perfect home for a family and friends or a couple. They've really thought about every detail. The dock has a covered area and comfortable seating area as well as a fridge which we loved! The lake of course is always amazing and beautiful. Would highly recommend their home to anyone! Kris and Anne were also very responsive and kind as we had questions around accessibility and my elderly parents as well as the crazy road closures etc! Summary: We loved our stay at the lake house! We are planning our trip next year and definitely will return to the property. The home felt like a home away from home. The open concept living area was a perfect way to spend time with family and entertain. The private dock with access to kayaks and paddleboards added to the lake experience with a Bluetooth speaker sound system and fridge. Summary: Love the open floor plan and very welcoming. allowed us to all be together for a large group on the rainy days Enjoyed a fire pit in the back yard. A fire table on the front deck. Short walk across road to dock and lots of room for our boat. We spent most time on water and dock. Dock was set up for fun in the sun. Much thanks to Kris and Ann. Will be back!
