Summary: This house had many wonderful qualities and we were comfortable in terms of the space. The only reason it is not a five star rating is that there were a lot of minor maintenance issues that needed attention and some deep cleaning of carpets where it has been stained. It is such a lovely house and neighborhood, it just is in need of a little TLC to get it back to a 5 star rating.

Summary: Our family had an excellent experience staying at Habib’s property in Albany Park. He was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood is quite nice and quiet. We would stay there again.

Summary: Our group of 6 adults and three kids ages 4 and under were in town for other son’s wedding. The location was very convenient and the property was perfectly suited for our group. A completely positive experience. As on street parking can be limited at times, the two car garage was a terrific benefit!!!
