We are right on the sand, with the patio opening onto miles of sun-drenched sand and surf, the perfect spot for all beach/ocean activities and exercise. Relax and take in the spectacular views from Palos Verdes out to Catalina and Malibu and watch the dolphins and pelicans play and sail boats drift by. Surf, swim, play volleyball, bike, run and everything else that the beach has to offer!

Summary: We stayed her for a month while working close by. The property is clean, plenty of living space, well furnished and right by the beach. We were well looked after with bikes, etc to borrow. Lovely people and a great place to stay

Summary: Actual property is true to the listing. Right on the beach. Lot's of beach gear you can use (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc.), which is really nice. Property owner is attentive and friendly. Recommended.

Summary: The appartment is exactly as described (description, pictures): very well renovated with style, and well equipped. When we arrived, there were flowers in the different rooms! The location directly on the beach is incredible. The beach is beautifull; perfect for the kids to play volleyball, football, surf... Susan is living in the appartment above and she is very kind and supporting for any questions or advise for LA. As there are very limited parking place on the streets, the beach is nearly empty, as a kind of "private beach", even during weekend. The only small drawback is the proximity to LAX airport; depending on the wind situation, it could be noisy with the planes taking-off. After 2 days, we "got used to". During the night, the appartment is very well isolated, there is no issue. Overall we had an excellent vacation in this appartment.

Summary: PERFECT WAY TO SPEND SOME QUALITY FAMILY TIME ON THE BEACH. THE BEDROOMS , KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING ROOM AND PATIO WERE ABOVE AND BEYOND! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OWNER AND PLACE TO STAY. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE SAND WALL PLACED CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR, TO VIEW THE OCEAN YOU HAD TO GO OVER THE WALL, IT WAS GOOD EXERCISE AND NOT BAD AT ALL TO CLIMB....
