PROPERTY LAYOUT
Entrance to the property is through electric gates with parking for several cars. An air conditioned gym is situated immediately on the right hand side of the drive, offering CV equipment as well as weights, flat screen TV, Apple Airplay, and DVD for workout videos.
On entering the villa, you are met with an immediate view of the pool and the sea beyond through large sliding glass doors. The interior design of the villa has been focused on creating light, luxurious, contemporary and comfortable spaces, as well as providing all of the amenities of a top-end executive villa.
The living space on the ground floor is open plan. There are three sofas in the lounge, and a separate dining area with dining table and chairs. The kitchen has been recently installed with built-in appliances including a Bosch coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, wine fridges, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
There are two guest bedrooms on the ground floor (both with kingsize beds) and a further three bedrooms on the first floor (one with a kingsize bed, and the other two with super kingsize beds - one of these rooms can be divided into twin beds if required). All five bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, comprising WC, large shower and double washbasins. The master bathroom also has a separate free-standing bath.
The bedrooms at first floor level lead out onto a spacious wrap-around terrace, which has a large outdoor sofa, offering the perfect setting for those end-of-day sundowners and spectacular views to El Portet and across the sea to Moraira and Calpe.
At ground floor level, there is a large pool and poolside terrace equipped with 10 sunloungers and parasols, an outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella, plus a large gas BBQ.
For those wishing to escape from the sun, there is a covered "chill-out" area.
At lower level, there is a mature garden, as well as an office with full wifi connectivity, and a separate TV/cinema room, complete with Free-Sat TV, Bose surround sound cinema system, and Wii console.

Summary: A wonderful property in an excellent location. Owners were quick to respond to booking requests. Excellent Villa host in situ - flexible regarding check-in, very responsive to any queries and instantly available to resolve any issues. The villa itself was second to none; excellent amenities and extremely high standard/specification throughout. Very comfortable beds and all en-suite bedrooms. 2 families stayed at the property (9 people in total) and there was more than ample space not to feel crowded at all. Overall an extremely enjoyable stay & absolutely hope to use again.

Summary: Having holidayed in Moraira for the last 40 years this has to be one of the best Villa's we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped and having quality bedding and towels. Added to this our host Stuart was very welcoming and helpful. Always on hand should we need assistance or advice, nothing was too much trouble. Look forward to a return visit!

Summary: Loved the villa! Very well presented from the minute the door opened out into the garden. We were greeted by Stuart the manager who was very helpful, showing s around the villa and suggestions of restaurants to visit. We loved Katmando. We felt very at home in the villa, everything we needed was there.

Summary: We had a lovely time at this villa - it was superb for us with 2 adult children plus partners, and is big enough so that everyone had their own space to retreat to if they felt like it. The villa is very well equipped for self catering. The pool is fabulous and lots of pool toys are provided together with a table tennis table and gym. Stuart, the manager, was excellent and very attentive and always responded to our queries very quickly. We had a problem with the dishwasher/quooker, but this was quickly sorted out and was not an issue. We would love to come back to this villa!

Summary: the villa provides everything needed for a great holiday base ...private location, fabulous views across the bay, comfortable accommodation and great pool. Our stay coincided with the last heavy rains of the season but the villa is spacious and well equipped to cope with enforced confinement! As the villa is on an elevated site I would recommend transport for those with mobility issues as it offers a good cardio workout when returning by foot! Any issues that we had were promptly addressed by Stuart the local manager

Summary: Good points : -The sitting area on the terrace is perfect with the view of El Portet beach and the port of Moraira, this is very relaxing. -The gym area is very good 😉 - They're 5 nice bedrooms with their own bathroom . - Shane responded very fast when we asked a question. Things that can be improved : -The barbecue was a bit dirty when we arrived, we had to clean it. -The jacuzzi only worked partially , we did not feel the jets.

Summary: The villa is so great and so pleasant to stay in ! We really enjoyed the pool and all the equipments. Beautiful sea and mountain views ! Nice and very helpful managers. We had a fantastic time in Moraira and really hope to come back in the next years.

Amazing 😉 and I’ll would like to thank you the owner and the manager of the villa for their kind support and their availability for us. This is the best manager ever and actually it is the best villa where I stayed at.
