Casa Inés is a perfect holiday villa for all families and couples. It is situated in a prime elevated position and takes full advantage of the spectacular Seaviews and Moraira town and is still only 5 mins drive from Moraira town and beach. It has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and lounge / dining room. A relaxing naya sun room that has doors opening out to a large balcony overlooking Seaviews and Moraira town. There are plenty of cafes, bars and a good range of restaurants to suit everyone’s taste.

The property has recently been refurbished throughout and newly furnished.
The villa is detached with a south facing pool (sun all day!!) A remote controlled gate accesses the property with plenty of space for secure parking. The villa is surrounded by a well-maintained Mediterranean garden with palm trees. The pool is kidney shaped with an outside shower. The terrace overlooking and surrounding the pool provides high quality sun beds plus a nearby table with 6 chairs under a covered outside naya suitable for meals during the day including BBQ. There are shaded areas around the property if you need to take a break from the sun. Towards the end of the day when all the other villas are going into the shade, Casa Inés is still enjoying the sunshine into the evening, so you get full use of the pool all day!
The main living area is on the first floor of the villa with 2 bedrooms both equipped with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom is located opposite the bedrooms with a large basin and a walk in shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric oven and induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, a filtered drinking tap and all the cooking utensils you will need on holiday.
The lounge dining room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating and foot bean bags. There is LCD TV with Spanish tv and Freesat UK channels (BBC, ITV, C4…and many more) and a Blu-ray player with a selection of DVD’s available for you to enjoy. Full fibre broadband with speeds up to 1Gb. In the dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs.
An external staircase leads you to the third bedroom located on the ground floor which has a double bed with air conditioning and en-suite that has a walk in shower.
The villa has full central heating for use through the winter months when it can get a bit chilly in the evening.
A Utility room is available with the use of a washing machine and there is also an outside rotary washing line available.
A local bar and restaurant is within walking distance of the villa for the nights you don't want to drive and there is a host of sporting activities in the area including jet skiing, boat trips, kayaking, cycling and a golf course with tennis courts and restaurant that is only 5 minutes drive from the villa. Spa treatments are also available at a nearby hotel, just 400 yards from the villa.
There are NO additional mandatory fees for air con and WiFi. All linen, towels and beach towels are INCLUDED. We will be as accommodating as possible to meet your requirements on change over days. Also we will endeavour to supply any special requirements, such as travel cot/high chair and bed guards for young children, on request.

Summary: We had a perfect stay here. Very clean, nice environment. Everything is close by. Supermarket, beaches en enough to do. The house is really nice. Zvery nice pool and garden. If we come back to Moraira it will be definitly this house!

Summary: Casa Ines is by far the best 'home from home' villa we have stayed in that we could recommend so highly in our favourite Moraira area after some ten years of holidaying there! Such fabulous views from each side. be it inside or outside the villa with your every need catered for! Kim was very kindly there to meet us on arrival to show us round this spotless, very tastefully furnished home to relax in and soak up the sun from numerous terrace, garden, pool areas and a perfectly placed table tennis game for some fun in the shade! We were fortunate to have perfect weather for September, were sad to leave, and will be hoping very much to return again next year to what we all thought was a little bit of paradise,!! Thankyou so much for all that was so important for us to enjoy our stay!

Summary: We've enjoyed a fantastic 2 week family holiday at Casa Inés. Ian & Vanessa (and Kim!) were the perfect hosts. In the past we've always rented villas in Javea. But it gets extremely busy there, so we fancied a change. As we've always loved visiting Moraira, Casa Inés seemed like the perfect place. It didn't disappoint! The villa is securely gated and ideally situated within just a few minutes drive of the town centre. Our favourite supermarket (Mercadona) is around 10 minutes drive, although there are closer grocery shops if you prefer. The kitchen is really well-equipped - the second fridge was a bonus for chilling all our drinks! Often we arrive at a villa and immediately have to get to the shops for hand soap, paper towels, toilet rolls and water. But at Casa Inés, all this was there for us, meaning we could relax on arrival and give the kids time to play in the pool whilst we unpacked before heading to the supermarket. The villa is air conditioned throughout, which was fantastic for when we needed it. The barbecue is a top-quality gas barbecue, which was very clean and we made lots of use of. Something to note is that one double bedroom is located separate to the main living area. You need to go outside and down the main steps to access it - this suited our 18 year old daughter, as she likes her own space sometimes. I think we actually prefer Moraira to Javea now! We had a great time at Casa Inés and we're sure you will too!

Summary: What an amazing two week vacation (Sept. 22 - Oct 6, 2023) at Casa Ines in Moraira Spain. Leading up to our stay Ian & Venessa responded back to us quickly on any and all questions we had about the villa and thing to do and see in Moraira and the surrounding area. On arrival the villa was exactly as presented on the Vrbo website and we had absolutely no issues during our entire stay. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable and with a kitchen fully stock with all service items one could possibly need. The villa is complete with its own private swimming pool which we enjoyed daily during our stay. We highly recommend this property and hope to return for an extended stay in the years to come.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa and Ian's villa. Everything was perfect, clean and well equipped especially the kitchen. We had a small issue with the pool but it was taken care of immediately. Communication was very good. We will love to come back.

Summary: An amazing villa in a beautiful location with stunning views. The villa was immaculate and spacious with everything you could wish for! We all loved the different shady areas to sit, eat, relax. Table tennis was a huge hit! Great bbq facilities, pool games and beach equipment. Would definitely stay again.
