Positive: Cute little place next to a nice park. Lots of bird chatter and song in the mornings. Adjoining two other properties but no issues with noise. Lovely stay no issues.

Negative: Banged my head on the stairs a few times. I'm 6ft 2 and these old places are a little tricky with low ceilings on the stairway.

Negative: Bosch Washing/drier needed written instructions as door wouldn’t open after clothes dried. Lock box code given to us was incorrect so had to contact Property contact to get correct one. Rather stressful for both happenings.

Positive: Great location and plenty of parking available. It is an easy to walk into Knutsford town, the local railway station and the rear entrance to Tatton Park. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. The cottage is decorated and furnished to a high standard.

Negative: Nothing

Summary: Although the cottage was fairly compact it was well equipped nicely decorated and furnished in a great location.

Positive: Such a quaint cottage, so cute! Close to the centre of Knutsford but felt like you werent. The cottage had almost everything we needed, it is lovely and the area is great. thanks!

Negative: Almost perfect really. Only little niggles were there wasnt a laminate with Wifi, heating/fire info and local shops etc; the bath towels were a little small; only 6 tiny milk sachets, should be a carton really, and not 1 biccy!; the coffee machine was great, I have one at home, but there were only 80ml choices and no small espresso cup, so it only covered the bottom of my mug!; the yard is great to sit outside and read, but chairs need a cushion please. See?, all only minor and all fixable, otherwise would be a ten for us.

Positive: Great facilities, location and comfort. Very nice and homely. Will book again. Close to town and shops.

Negative: Poor communication. I had a problem with putting the central heating on and tried to call and message the hosts, but they never responded at all during my stay. I also try report a couple of minor issues but got no acknowledgement from the hosts. Also hard to read the key locker in the dark.

Summary: Gorgeous rooms, just need better communication regarding any queries
