Summary: Fabulous room with White Company amenities, very attentive team and great spa facilities. Take the half board option for exceptional value. Lots of parking spaces.

Summary: Lovely staff, nice spa but pool a little cold, children got their own spa robes and slippers which was a lovely touch. Also recieved milk, juice and cookies for the children too in the room which they loved. Overall a lovely stay.

Summary: Phil in the spa is the best manager you could hope for, far better than other hotels in the group. Hence why everything runs smoothly in the spa

Summary: I can't speak highly enough about Cottons Hotel. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are really nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The restaurant service was excellent. The food delicious and drinks menu was extensive. The cocktails were fantastic. One day we used the spa facilities and my husband had a massage and I had a facial. We had a fabulous relaxing day and again the staff were excellent. Altogether a lovely hotel and one I'm happy to recommend.

Summary: Upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely perfect for my husband's Birthday surprise. Clean, spacious room, staff excellent especially Sam on reception she was so helpful and also the lovely girls on the Spa reception. Breakfast was brilliant with a great choice. Will definitely stay again.

Summary: 1. Coffee machine didn’t make hot coffee in the room 2. Breakfast buffet hot food wasn’t hot 3. Iron had material stuck to face. I asked for a replacement at front desk. The lady said of course but no replacement sent 4. The floor creaked above our heads so we were aware of noise from other rooms. 5. Bar food was good quality but the price of extras / sides was excessive. Sirloin steak dinner for two became over priced for what it was. 6. General take away from the experience was disappointment and that it was over priced for what was supplied I don’t think I will stay again or recommend to family/friends
