Summary: 10 of us from 3 states met in Montrose for motorcycle day trips. The home was in a good location and was well equipped. The layout of the home was perfect for our group. Summary: Our family had a great trip spending time together at the house. The huge back yard provided many hours of fun with outside activities with a nice cool large basement area waiting for us when we needed to cool down and relax. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable and the kitchen/dining room was a great gathering place in addition to the outside patio.

Summary: Welcomed with a nice note and bottle of champagne…how cool is that!! Sunset dinners on the back patio…spacious, fire in or out, hot tub, spa tub…a variety of outdoor seating options, expansive green grass, quiet, well appointed home. And we didn’t even use the downstairs. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Nice linens …..simply had everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed the colors of the home in and out.

Summary: Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely home. Very clean and kitchen was nicely stocked. Host was very responsive as well and accommodating to our requests. AC was super cold especially down in basement area. The only cons..we wish there were darker curtains in the bedrooms during sleeping as that is what we are used to but not a big deal. Beds were very comfy also. Neighborhood was very nice and home is very close to Montrose Airport and other shopping areas/restaurants. We would definitely stay here again while visiting Montrose. Thank you!
