Our home has four smart TVs with Cox, Amazon Prime, Netflix/Hulu. Paddle boards, kayaks, surfboards, boogie boards and an air hockey table! —adult bikes and a children’s bike are all for guests’ usage.
Gourmet cooks kitchen with Italian Fugar stove. The barbecue and fire pit have a dedicated gas line. Enjoy a stunning Pacific sunset on the deck or sit around the fire pit in the evening—under 2 miles to the beach. Breathtaking home!
The custom home has just had a full renovation inside and out—it’s soaring ceilings, three gas fireplaces, decorator furnishings, designer kitchen, fire pit and barbecue makes this home truly extraordinary. Less than two miles from the beach on Fire Mountain—known as the Beverly Hills of Oceanside, you’ll be captivated by its beauty. Enjoy the peacefulness of the hills only a few minutes away from the bustling coast—the best of both worlds!
Interaction with guests
Guests will check in using a smart lock—no key needed. I am a full time middle school teacher, but I check my phone regularly and I’m readily available to answer any questions.
Other things to note
If our home is available earlier than the 4:00 check in time, we will make sure to provide earlier access to the home.
The master bedroom is upstairs. The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs. There is plenty of room on the upstairs landing for our queen blow up mattresss from Frontgate. It's at bed height and there is plenty of room to walk around.
Our guests also have use of everything to enjoy the beach: surfboards, two paddle boards, two kayaks, boogie boards and two adult bikes and kids bike. We also have an air-hockey table that has become a favorite for both kids and adults, and back yard games galore!

Summary: We came for a niece’s graduation with our entire family and absolutely loved the home! The hostess was very responsive with all questions and made us feel like part of the family. Will absolutely keep this property in mind when we return for the college graduation later on! All the included amenities were more than expected.

Summary: This is such a great house layout with plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with everything you need for the beach and the air hockey table was a hit with the teens. Close proximity to Carlsbad’s restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was so helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

Summary: From VRBO request submission to check out, the communication with the property owner was excellent. We had short notice of our need for a 3 night stay and couldn’t have been happier with this beautiful property. Because of school and work, we did not get a chance to take advantage what the owner made available to us: bikes, surf boards kayaks, grill, gourmet kitchen and proximity to the beach. I would recommend this property for multiple families, families with children and teens or a luxury get away for a couple. The home upgrades , amenities and electronics are top notch. The decor throughout the home, inside and out, is lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy a true vacation....next time!!

Summary: We were very happy with this vacation home. A lot of space and places for the six people in our party to spend time together and alone. Lot's to do in and out of the home, within a good distance to restaurants, stores, and visitor attractions! Jennifer was also an amazing hostess! We loved it here very much.

Summary: This is a wonderful home in the perfect location. The home is very clean, well organized, extremely comfortable and stocked with everything you could you could possible think of. Absolutely everything inside and out has been recently updated and is all top-notch. We especially enjoyed the beautiful deck and comfy fireplace area. Very relaxing. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but is very close to plenty of shops and excellent restaurants. It's a short drive to really nice beach areas and many other things to do, too. Communication with the owner, Jennifer, was above and beyond. Absolutely great in every possible way! Most definitely a real pleasure to deal with. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and the security deposit was returned promptly. We had a fantastic time here and would love to return again! Thank you very much.
