Summary: This home is very convenient to downtown Clayton and an excellent choice for extended family or larger family stays. There is plenty of space for any need. It is a very new listing, so be sure to bring some kitchen essentials (sugar, seasonings, creamer, etc) as that stock has not built up yet. Stay to the right in the driveway and be prepared for steps. This is a very old home (late 1930s), has only been in a single family, and is very well maintained.

Summary: This was a wonderful house in an even better location. Our group was made up of two families with children (3). Lots of space inside and out. Great back patio to hang out on in the evenings. Well equipped kitchen where we cooked breakfast and some lunches. Good restaurants just up the street in downtown Clayton. Will definitely book this again if we get back to Clayton. There was one minor issue with a drain that the manager/owner corrected as soon as we made him aware. Great response.
