Summary: Our family group of 10 stayed in the Northern Nest for a trip skiing at Crystal Mountain, which is about 12 minutes away. The home is very nice and well laid out for our group size. Nestled into the woods beside the Betsie River, this place is a 10/10! The owner is very quick communicating and was great to work with as well! We will be back this summer to do some kayaking!

Summary: Overall, lovely property, lots of bedding, comfortable family area, games, plenty to do at the cabin. Very clean, accommodating host , excellent 10 Minute drive to Crystal Mountain for skiing, road to get to property is long and windy and not paved.

Summary: This is a beautiful property and excellent location. Everything was as pictured and described. Short drive to restaurants and Crystal Mountain. We were there at peak fall foliage and it was gorgeous!! Our group was 4 couples and the accommodations were perfect for us. We loved sitting by the river mid afternoon, enjoying the warm sun and the sound of the river. Would definitely stay here again with family and friends.

The lower level has so much space and there is a great loft for kids if needed. A little slice of paridise! We hope to return soon.
