Summary: We have a family reunion about every other year in Ocean City. The home is showing some years of rental wear. The rental rate seemed high given this. The code we were sent for the elevator did not work. Thankfully other guest gave us a different code that did work. We got in late, so thank goodness we ran into somebody. The nice things were the view, ample parking and unit is very spacious for a large group. The cons were the highway noise From balcony and dated furniture.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was roomy with a nice decor, comfy beds and awesome AC. The short walk to the beach was appreciated by all of us. The building was very secure also.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Our first family vacation since 2020. Location was perfect. A few short blocks to the beach. We didn’t have a key to lock the storage closet in the hallway but no one touches your stuff so it was fine. Loved having a washer and dryer especially when traveling with a baby. A high chair would have been helpful for meals but we managed. The apartment was beautiful and big. The cleaning services could do a better job with cleaning bathrooms and under the couches. We spent a lot of time on the floor with our crawling grandson and it a toy rolled under the couch it was pretty dirty. It really wasn’t anything to bring to the attention of property manager but just an observation. The kitchen was great for cooking! All in all we had a fabulous time in OC!

Summary: Great location with a nice waterfront view. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the wildlife and boats. Close to the beach/boardwalk and other activities. The only reason this location didn't get 5 stars is because the unit didn't appear to have a general cleaning. There was a lot of hair on the couch, hair in the hallway shower, and the hallway sink and mirror had not been wiped down. Additionally, one of the TVs in the bedrooms was not hooked up. On a positive note, communication with Ann was excellent and she responded quickly to an issue we had at the unit.
