5 Bedroom House in Katama, Edgartown

Reverse style home renovated in 2021 with designer finishes. This 4200 square foot 5 BR Katama beach house with contemporary coastal decor has fantastic views of Katama Farm (the FARM institute) with distant views of South Beach. This property is on 1.5 acres and is about 1600 steps to famous South Beach and minutes away from Katama Bay. The bike path to Edgartown is 500 steps away and the Winnetu Ocean resort is behind the house to grab a drink or a fantastic dinner instead of cooking or going downtown!
The air conditioned main house has 2 primary ensuite bedrooms which each has a KING bed, there is also a bunk room that has a TWIN bunk bed along with a standalone QUEEN bed and another room with TWIN XL beds. The "loft", which is also air conditioned, is a stand alone area off of the deck and above the gym/garage that has a 1/2 bath and a KING bed along with a seating area and coffee station. The main house has 2 living areas, with the second floor having an open kitchen/ living/dining room area. There are 3 full and one half bathrooms in the main house, also 2 dishwashers and 2 laundry areas. There is a 1200 square feet wrap around deck that connects the main house to the "loft" and allows for multiple seating arrangements. There is an outdoor dining area for 10, along with a Weber gas grill. All this overlooks the brand new heated pool. There are multiple seating areas on the deck and on the pool deck. There is also a private tennis court /pickle ball/basketball court for your use.
There is a brand new gym that has a Peloton Bike +, and free weights. Sonos sound system provides music throughout and screaming fast internet with many access points have been installed to ensure everyone can stream what they want! There are 7 TVs that are located in most bedrooms and in the 2 living rooms. All TVs in the main house have cable.
For families that are traveling to the island - There is a Gracco pack and play along with a stroller, Inglesina Fast Table Chair and children cups/plates available.
(4) Adult and( 2) children bikes (with helmets), (4) beach chairs and trolley along with plenty of beach towels, cooler, etc. are all available for free to all renters.
House accommodates 10 (please inquire for details). No pets and no additional house guests or parties.
