Positive: Everything! Property looks exactly as in the pictures. It’s spacious (2 bedrooms are really big and well equipped), the living room with kitchen and bar is very nice and stylish, and the garden is very beautiful also. Be aware that the whole place is basically divided into 2 different areas - one side with 3 bedrooms (blue/ green ones), living room with bar & kitchen and a big relaxation room + another side, which is has 2 (smaller, classic) bedrooms and private kitchen and relaxation area. High ceilings, nice art, surround music, big entrance hallway, lots of storage space. Nice bathrooms (especially the one with the big round bath tub), many towels, clean. Communication with the hosts was as expected, quite fast and ok (via booking messages or whatsapp). Overall a very very beautiful place.

Negative: Location is nice, quiet but quite far from Dollis Hill or Willesden underground stations (around 20 min walking to any of these). There aren’t any shops or restaurants close by - again around 15-20 min walk to find a store to buy water for example. Also, another thing noticed, as the stairs and upper floors are made of wood - they crack and squeak (audible mostly at night). But all these are manageable and cannot bring down the overall highly positive impression about this house.

Positive: We stayed as a group of 10 and absolutely loved the home, everything was decorated and set out beautifully! The kitchen was immaculate and the living room was super comfy. We loved everything about the home, we can’t wait to come back again. The hosts were super helpful when we had to ask questions they were responsive.
