Summary: Very nice full basement appartment. Loved charging station, tv in all rooms, full kitchen. Bed was comfy. Nice decor. 5 min from go train.

Summary: The location was excellent and the hosts were lovely. A few safety concerns about the property. In the event of a fire there was only 1 way out. The unit was below grade with small windows that one wouldn’t be able to escape if the main entrance was impassible. Couldn’t find any heat control. Space heater in closet which we used. The unit was damp without heat. The stairs into the unit are painted black which was hard to see when entering the unit. The lights to the unit was at the foot of the stairs. The family lives upstairs and the footsteps, talking and laughter could be heard. They usually settled down by 1030 pm but after midnight on the weekends. Helpful information for future people making a decision to stay here. The unit is well appointed and spacious.
