In addition the home is located 5 min from Downtown Summerlin- an exceptional shopping center with restaurants and events year-round. Property sits on TPC golf course with amazing views.
The popular Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa is only 5 minutes away. If you feel like playing black jack, bingo or just catching a movie. Red Rock Canyon is minutes away for biking, hiking, rock climbing and horseback rides.The home is one story and 3500 sq ft on a 1/4 acre lot.
We welcome families with children as well. We have in the backyard and great pool area complete with many pool floats and squirt guns. High chair and portable crib. available upon request. We have board games and corn hole ready to go! Outside TV and BBQ party area are wonderfully appointed.

Summary: House was located in a beautiful location. Loved the neighborhood. Everything was perfect. Backyard was great. Pool and hot tub clean and ready to go. The owner Mark was amazing. We had a few questions and he was always available to assist. Large open floor plan was great with the family. AC worked great. Bedrooms were beautiful.

Summary: We stayed in late Jan 2018. Great place to stay. We enjoyed a wonderful family reunion there. Home itself is beautiful. Fully stocked. Towels, sheets, blankets, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. All Kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and cooking supplies as well. Also, about a 15 minute walk to Downtown Summerlin and a little be further to Red Rock Casino. Owner was friendly, and present and responsive to questions and needs. Only negative for us would actually be positive for most. The backyard is amazing. Great entertainment space. Outside TV, sitting areas, lots of heaters, pool, hot tub, small grass area and play set. Unfortunately, it was just not safe for our kiddos. The picture shows a fence around the pool which was not there when we got there. Seemed like too big of a hassle to have it put up although I'm sure the owner would have come and put it up if we pressed him on it. Would definitely consider this home again in the future, but would just confirm about getting the fence up around the pool before coming.
