Positive: We liked the interior of the room and the mezzanine area, and the location was great. The staff were also very friendly — they even left us champagne and pastéis de nata for our honeymoon. The instructions on how to get to the hotel were clear and informative.

Negative: Our stay in Lisbon had a few issues. The bathroom door opened directly into the kitchen area, and it didn’t close completely. Since cockroaches are known to be a problem in Lisbon, we asked the staff to take care of it, but unfortunately, we still saw a cockroach in the bathroom. There was a beautiful outdoor area, but we couldn’t enjoy it because of unpleasant smells from the street.

Positive: The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained — you can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. It smelled amazing the moment we walked in and felt warm and welcoming, just like home. The hosts were wonderful, very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet and comfortable.

Negative: Nothing. Everything was perfect — clean, comfortable, exactly as described, and even above our expectations.

Summary: A perfect stay — everything was beyond our expectations! Highly recommended.

Positive: Excellent location, apartment was very clean and spacious. Very well equipped and everything worked.

Negative: There was not much sound proofing to the hallway, so you could clearly hear what people talked there while arriving/leaving from apartments. It didnt bother us much, since it wasnt loud. Very minor thing overall.

Positive: The room was very cozy and clean with many amenities. It was very nice to have a welcome local bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. There is a coffee machine, tea pot, and a clothes washer with a drying rack. The bed was comfortable and the location was close to many restaurants and public transportation.

Negative: The only problem is if you have large bags, you will need to carry them up the stairs.
