Summary: We had a good stay. The property is an older home, but clean and nicely decorated. Location is great and easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The only con we had was a grease smell in the kitchen area. We sprayed some Febreze and it took care of the smell. Not really a big deal. Overall we had a great stay.

Summary: Wonderful stay! Second time staying here and highly recommend. Close walk to downtown restaurants and bars. Short drive to FMB, Venice, Naples and Punta Gorda Fisherman's Village. The pool is an added bonus.
