Summary: This little apartment has everything you need for a perfect, smart, not expensive stay in Paris: metro 1 minute walk, easy car parking in the neighborhood, a little garden and an easily reachable owner. There’s no air conditioner but I’m sure the 2 windows opening on the garden are perfectly able to breeze the apartment.
