Positive: This small studio is in a quiet location and you have a semi private seating area. There are many local sites to see and the river is a short, but very steep, walk. Hiking is very good, even from the house. The bed and linen were really nice and the use of a washing machine was an asset. The host was responsive to our questions and happily provided restaurant recommendations

Negative: It was obvious on arrival that the fridge/ freezer was not working properly. We informed the host (who was away from the premises) and she got her Father to check. He was dismissive and we were told this was “normal”. We left it overnight and it was no better in the morning by which stage we had spoilt food. We again informed the host and she mentioned that no previous guests had any problem. She did however offer to allow use of the fridge in another apartment ( not ideal but we welcomed) but this did not happen until the evening before our departure. Really unsatisfactory. We were also disappointed by lack of some essentials- no cooking oil, extra bin bags and on the last morning no hot water. Maybe some of these niggles are acceptable for a much lower price but at 100 euros a night for a very small studio we felt rather short changed. This was our last stop after 3 weeks touring Czech staying in 8 properties and this was the worst value for money, the least clean and least well equipped. We would have appreciated more empathy about the issues we raised rather than being told everything was fine. We are a retired couple who know exactly how to operate a fridge/ freezer and the equipment that we finally got to use worked perfectly. Maintenance is needed!

Positive: Nadia was an amazing hostess! The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable and the house was surrounded by a lovely garden and views over the hills. We felt very welcome, she even brought us some fruit from her own garden! Would recommend it to anyone.
